Physical Activity

Refers to any movement that requires energy expenditure and increases heart rate. It includes activities like walking, running, swimming, or playing sports. Engaging in regular physical activity offers numerous benefits, such as maintaining a healthy body weight, improving cardiovascular health, reducing the risk of chronic diseases, enhancing mental well-being, managing stress, and promoting social interaction.
